Unified Against Hate: Choosing Kindness, Respect, and Inclusion

At Taft, we are committed to creating a school community where every student, employee, and family feels safe, respected, and welcomed. The Unified Against Hate campaign reminds us that there is no place for hate, bias, or bullying in our schools.

Meaningful change begins with open and honest conversations—both at home and at school. We encourage families to talk with their children about the importance of standing up for themselves and others, respecting differences, and recognizing that our diversity makes our community stronger.

To support these important conversations, we are sharing a Parent Call to Action resource with families. We hope this resource provides helpful conversation starters and encourages meaningful dialogue at home.

Together, we can help raise a generation that chooses unity over division, kindness over hate, and inclusion over exclusion.

Thank you for partnering with us to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive school community for all.
