About Me

Hi! I graduated from Taft in 2012 where I was a member of the dance team, Knights & Ladies, CSF, and more. I attended UCLA and earned my Bachelors in Mathematics for Teaching in 2016. From there, I went to CSUN to get my single subject teaching credential in math in 2017. I made a full circle back at Taft to start my teaching career in the fall 2017 as part of our Gifted/STEAM Magnet. In 2021, I received my Masters in STEAM Education from University of San Diego. Currently, I teach Algebra 1, Honors Algebra 2, and Honors Precalculus/AP Calculus A. I believe every student has the ability to learn math through hard work, perseverance, and confidence to ask questions!
